- Transfer to Makkah.
- Check-in to your hotel.
- Rest and adjust to local time and climate.
- Evening visit to Masjid al-Haram to perform Tawaf (circumambulate the Kaaba).
- Spend time in the Haram for personal worship and reflection.

Day 02 : Explore Makkah
- Fajr prayer at Masjid al-Haram.
- Visit to Mount Arafat: Explore the place where the Prophet (PBUH) delivered his final sermon.
- Visit to Mina: See the tent city and the location of the Hajj pilgrimage rites.
- Evening: Perform Tawaf al-Ifadah (for those who wish to perform Hajj or Omrah).
- Return to the hotel for rest and personal prayers.

Day 03 : Spiritual Day in Makkah
- Fajr prayer at Masjid al-Haram.
- Visit to Jabal al-Noor (Mountain of Light): Trek up to Cave Hira where the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received the first revelation.

- Rest at the hotel.
- Dhuhr and Asr prayers at the mosque.
- Evening visit to Zamzam Well and Kaaba.

Day 06 : Day Trip to Taif
- Early morning departure to Taif (approx. 1.5 hours from Makkah).
- Visit the Shafa Mountain, known for its scenic beauty.
- Explore the Taif Rose Gardens and traditional markets.
- Lunch at a local restaurant.
- Return to Makkah in the evening.

Day 07 : Religious Day in Makkah
- Religious Day in Makkah.
- Visit Jannat al-Mu'alla (the cemetery where the Prophet's (PBUH) family and companions are buried).
- Dhuhr and Asr prayers at Masjid al-Haram.
- Evening visit to Abraj al-Bait Towers for an aerial view of the Haram.

Day 08 : Last Day in Makkah

- Rest in preparation for the trip to Madina the next day.

Day 09 : Travel to Madina
- Morning check-out from the hotel in Makkah.
- Travel to Madina (approximately 4-5 hours by car or flight).
- Check-in to your hotel in Madina.
- Evening visit to Masjid al-Nabawi (Prophet's Mosque) for Maghrib prayer.

Day 10 : Exploring Madina
- Fajr prayer at Masjid al-Nabawi.
- Visit the Quba Mosque, the first mosque built by the Prophet (PBUH).
- Visit to the Qiblatain Mosque (where the direction of prayer was changed from Jerusalem to Makkah).
- Lunch and relaxation.
- Dhuhr and Asr prayers at Masjid al-Nabawi.
- Evening visit to Jannat al-Baqi (the famous cemetery).

Day 11 : Religious Sites in Madina

- Visit to the Seven Mosques: A series of small mosques commemorating the sites of key events in the Battle of the Trench (Ghazwat al-Khandaq).
- Visit to Masjid al-Qiblatain (the mosque of two Qiblas).
- Dhuhr and Asr prayers at Masjid al-Nabawi.
- Evening free for relaxation or personal reflection.

Day 15 : Final Day in Madina
- Fajr prayer at Masjid al-Nabawi.
- Visit to Jannat al-Baqi: Pay respects to the graves of the Prophet's companions.
- Final prayer at Masjid al-Nabawi before departure.
- Check-out from hotel and travel to the airport for your return flight.

- Refund cannot be claimed if the stay is curtailed.
Payment Terms
- 01 Term: 50% is the booking amount per person, for Tickets & Visa Issuance.
- 02 Term: Before proceeding with the Hotel Booking process, 30% Payment are required to clear of the remaining balance after the booking amount.
- 03 Term: The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the tickets, visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
- We only accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. We don’t deal in hard cash.
Cancellation Policy
- Booking payments are non-refundable.
- All packages are non-refundable; no refund requests will be accepted upon cancellation.
- If denied immigration clearance or due to COVID guidelines, no refunds are available.
- Check airline terms for cancellation fees; we're not liable for any incurred charges.
- Flight changes follow airline policy; contact us for refunds on tickets booked through us.
- No refunds for unused services during tours.

Thank you for choosing Talbiya Umrah Pvt Ltd (“Talbiya Umrah”) . We take all efforts to make sure that you have a delightful Umrah and Ziyarat Tour experience. To avoid any misunderstanding, we request you to read, understand and abide by the below ‘Terms and Conditions’.
Once you book any tour or service with Talbiya Umrah, it is understood that you are giving your unqualified consent to accept and abide by the ‘Terms and Conditions’. In case you disagree with any part of these ‘Terms and Conditions’, kindly do not proceed with the booking.
- A fully vaccinated person must present their vaccination certificate.
- Any changes in airfare or visa fees must be paid before departure.
- Low-cost or budget airlines do not offer child fares.
- Room services are not included; they vary depending on the hotel.
- Room services are not standard across all hotels and may vary. Cleaning frequency occurs every 2 to 3 days. If the cleaners haven't cleaned your room by then, tell the reception. Should room service still not be available, kindly contact our team.
- In Mecca and Medina, the standard check-in time is 4 pm, with check-out set for 12 pm. Arriving at the hotel earlier may delay getting your room. They clean the rooms after check-out before guests can use them. Please note: The Saudi government's rules require check-in at 4 pm and check-out by 12 pm.
- The permit for Riyaz Ul Jannah is not included; pilgrims can obtain it via the NUSUK app launched by the Saudi government.
- The grant of visas is at the sole discretion of the KSA embassy and we are not liable for rejection, delay, or mistakes in Umrah visas from the KSA embassy, and visa fees are non-refundable nor are we responsible for the delay or deferral of flight.
- If the KSA Embassy delays or rejects the visa, we cannot assume responsibility. We do not bear liability for any impact on flight issuance. The visa fee remains non-refundable. You will be accountable for cancellation fees associated with issued tickets. If you wish to change or postpone dates, you must cover the airline's charges.
- In the scenario where the designated hotel for your Umrah journey in Mecca and Medina is Not available due to service-related issues or other circumstances. Equal-quality accommodation at an equal distance will be provided.
- We are not accountable for any delays, postponements, or cancellations in flight schedules. Such matters fall entirely under the airlines' jurisdiction, and beyond our control or responsibility. Flights are frequently subject to delays for reasons such as technical issues, changes in weather, airline strikes, or cancellations under unforeseen circumstances. Your understanding during these events would be appreciated.
- If the airline delays, postpones or cancels the flight, we are not responsible. These disruptions often come from factors beyond our control. They include technical issues, weather changes, and airline strikes or whatever. The airline handles these. If you need to reschedule, change dates, or make urgent flight plans, note that charges will apply.
- If there's a fluctuation in SAR, the difference must be paid before departure.
- The distance from the hotel to Masjid e Nabawi and Haram Sharif may vary across platforms; we measure it from their boundaries to the hotel.
- Tour programs and dates are tentative and subject to change without prior notice.
- The tour operator/guide is not liable for lost luggage.
- Hotels in Mecca and Medina do not provide toiletries such as towels and buckets.
- We are not responsible for passport or luggage loss or theft at airports.
- Pilgrims needing a wheelchair should bring their own.
- Talbiya Umrah kit which contains one backpack bag and one shoulder bag will be collected from our office.
- Laundry service is accessible Two in Mecca and once in Medina, with a limit of 4 pieces per person in Medina.
- If your package includes sharing transport, delays may occur at Jeddah Airport. You may wait for the bus and other transport or Ziyarat plans. This is especially true during festivals like Muharram, Ramzan, Eid, and Milad Un Nabi. or due to heavy rush. Additionally, unexpected emergencies declared by the Saudi government may also impact schedules.
- We coordinate local Ziyarat journeys to Mecca and Medina. A tour guide supervises the trips. They follow the orders of the Saudi Government. Sometimes, the Saudis may remove certain Ziyarats from the itinerary. This results in changes to our plans. Our ability to help with visits to all Ziyarats depends on government regulations. Extended stays at some locations may not be possible. Factors like overcrowding or emergencies mandated by the Saudi government can affect Ziyarats. This can happen during festive seasons like Ramadan or Eid.
- Your package includes private transportation or if arranged by us, and you demand more seat cars than our standard offering. or wish to upgrade for luggage or any other specific reasons. because it is particularly relevant for journeys from Madina-to-Madina Airport /Jeddah Airport, where luggage often exceeds anticipated quantities. so, an extra charge for the upgrade will be imposed.
- Indian laws govern claims, disputes, and lawsuits about the company's tours. Delhi courts have the only jurisdiction.
